Since 2015, Hestia has been the leading platform for managing, organizing and centralizing data and information for organizations across Quebec.
The Hestia portal was developed based on field studies to facilitate the technological transition and support the everyday activities of community stakeholders, social workers, patient attendants, foundations, health workers and volunteers. This online solution promotes your mobility, supports your actions with the people you serve and generates comprehensive, detailed reports and statistics.
Some members of the Hestia team are former social workers. We believe that every minute saved on administrative tasks, note-taking or statistics will be invested directly with the people who need it: the ones you are supporting!
We currently serve more than 200 clients—networks of organizations, groups and federations—and will continue to develop an offer adapted to your reality.
Meet our team
Antoine
A former community worker and coordinator at a Maison des Familles in Montreal, Antoine has a thorough understanding of how community organizations work in Quebec. In 2013, he decided to leverage his application development skills to meet the modernization needs of the social sector. Co-founder of Hestia Solution, he now holds the position of CTO and is fluent in binary.
Julien
Julien is also co-founder of Hestia Solution and an IT infrastructure specialist who successfully adapted an IT and business model to the NPO environment. Today, he serves as Director of Operations, coordinating the sales team and ensuring the implementation of key Hestia Solution development initiatives.
Aurore
Aurore, a customer relationship specialist, joined the Hestia Solution team in 2020. She acts as liaison with the technical team and supervises implementations and client training activities. Always open to new challenges, Aurore supervises the team that supports organizations in their strategies and transitions to the digital tools provided by Hestia.
